Shipping & returns
Dispatch and delivery
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within two working days; made-to-order pieces take five to seven. All parcels are tracked and insured. Standard delivery is complimentary on orders over $150, otherwise $12.
Returns and exchanges
Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original delivery cost. Engraved and custom-commissioned pieces, and pierced earrings that have been worn, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Email the studio and we will send a prepaid, insured return label.
Privacy & terms
We store only the details required to fulfil your order and answer your questions, and we never sell or share customer data. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant provider; card details never reach our servers. Contact the studio at any time to access or delete your data.
